Martise Moore
Women’s Economic Power Strategist, Founder of BrazenEra, and Author of The Brazen Code
Martise Moore is a Women’s Economic Power Strategist, founder of BrazenEra, and author of The Brazen Code: How Ambitious Women Override the Bro Code and Multiply Their Money, Power, and Freedom.
Her work focuses on helping ambitious women convert capability into greater money, power, and freedom by strengthening economic agency, visibility, leverage, ownership, relationships, and coordinated action.
Martise is the creator of The Brazen Code, a power framework for ambitious women designed to expose the hidden rules that keep women waiting for permission, overproving, underasking, waiting to be discovered, and leaving economic power on the table.
At the center of her work is a simple premise:
Women do not need to become more powerful. We already have power. The question is how we use it, and how we multiply it.
The Brazen Code
The Brazen Code is both a book and a framework created by Martise Moore.
The book, The Brazen Code: How Ambitious Women Override the Bro Code and Multiply Their Money, Power, and Freedom, is a power playbook for ambitious women who are ready to stop waiting their turn, seeking permission, and assuming hard work alone will translate into money, influence, opportunity, and freedom.
The framework examines how invisible rules shape women’s decisions around ambition, money, visibility, leverage, relationships, and autonomy.
It introduces concepts including the Hesitation Tax, the cost of waiting, overpreparing, overproving, or seeking permission when a woman already has enough information or capability to act.
The Brazen Code offers a counter-system built around practical moves including:
Putting yourself first
Acting before permission arrives
Owning your income
Controlling your narrative
Building leverage with other women
Making your power compound
Power isn’t handed over. It’s taken back.

Martise Moore’s Core Ideas
Women already have power.
The work is not about giving women power. It is about helping women recognize, use, and multiply the power they already have.
Economic autonomy matters.
Money a woman controls expands the choices she can make and reduces the ability of other people or institutions to determine the terms of her life.
Visibility is power.
Good work is not always enough. Women must take greater ownership of what they are known for and who knows it.
Relationships should move more than conversation.
Introductions, referrals, recommendations, expertise, customers, access, capital, and opportunity can all move through relationships.
Agency is the force. Coordination is the multiplier.
Individual women exercising power matters. Women deliberately moving power and opportunity for one another can multiply its impact.
