I created it because I saw a pattern I couldn’t unsee.
Capable, high-performing women were being overlooked, underestimated, and underpaid—not because they lacked ability, but because the systems evaluating them were calibrated to recognize a narrow expression of power.
I watched women over-deliver and still be questioned.

And I lived it too.
